Position Summary: A Sales Executive is responsible for achieving the maximum amount of monthly sales target within the Healthcare Division by effectively discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, promoting products and services offered and assisting new and existing clients in choosing the best Healthcare product/service to fit their exact needs and solve their problems.
This role profile requires the Sales Executive to be proactive, have the ability to work under pressure, handle rejections, and handle difficult clients along with achieving targets on a monthly basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Work to create awareness programs with existing clientele and help improve the adaption.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in sales.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role.
• Proven 3+ years of Sales Executive experience in healthcare in Egypt.
• Must have a thorough understanding of Egypt's Healthcare landscape and must be able to make connections at CIOs, Medical directors, and IT manager levels.
• A good track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Good networking and Relationship Building Skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.


    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
    • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the UAE in the healthcare sector
    • Must have a thorough understanding of the UAE Healthcare landscape and be able to connect at CIO, Medical Director, and IT manager level
    • Strong sales communication and networking skills
    • Fluent in English; verbal and written; multilingual will be an advantage.
    • Requires traveling to meet various clients across UAE and the GCC

    Monthly salary: up to AED 12,000/-plus attractive incentives

      Skills Required:
      • Experience working with tech companies and preferably in UAE.
      • Experience in IT/Telecom/Digital Selling Background.
      • Sales Account Management Experience
      • Knowledge of LAN/WAN Network will be an advantage.
      • Telecom Operator and Service Provider experience is also Proffered.

      Job Description:
      • Develop and maintain professional and result-oriented relationships of trust with assigned key customers.
      • Coordinates with company personnel, including support, service, and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

      • The Account Manager position will grow New Business sales among existing customers.
      • You will partner with the inside Leaders to help grow or upsell the existing renewal and work to expand the new business within accounts that have been shrinking.
      • Consultative led sales approach to position security, cloud platform solutions, Managed Services in Telecom Domain, core Telecom Products.
      • Work with technical pre-sales & PS teams to develop solutions & conducting presentations to customers based on a complete solution provider.
      • Engage and present at multi-levels within an account including board level.
      • You will develop account and opportunity plans to improve an account strategy.
      • You will manage the sales CRM tool, and produce weekly accurate forecasting.
      • Keep knowledge updated on the Security market, Cloud, and New Telecom Products.
